IDM @ NTU Open House 2008

This is the video of the project presentation by a Design & Innovation group project group from 2007 which won the project competition amongst the Electrical & Engineering cohort.

This video was taken during the 2008 Open House, where there were other projects from other faculties on display. At the end of the Open House, votes for the best project was collected, and this group won the first prize.

The project is about Mixed/Augmented Reality, from which several different applications were designed.

The main product being shown in this video is a possible tool for interior designeres which lets users get involved in a virtual environment of a house, where they can move around the house and at the same time, move the furnitures around and change its colours.

The group was guided by Prof Shum Ping, director of Network Technology Research Center, Nanyang Technological University.
