On May 1, 2009, Voltree Power rolled out it's first demo system for the USDA Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management at the National Interagency Fire Center in Boise, Idaho. Voltree worked in collaboration with the Bureau of Land Management for system installation in a controlled area in Boise National Forest. Vaisala, Inc. provided their MAWS 220 (Mobile Automated Weather Station) as well as assistance with software integration to Voltree for demo purposes.

  • The communication is through a government satellite system and viewing is accessible with a password and ID.  Voltree will work on getting this information posted.

  • Wow this system looks insanely impressive. Also I wasn't expecting to see anyone explaining the specifics of how these things work. Refreshing to see people who know there stuff for a change. Rather then just ones who work on a base technology.
