What a magical world Rankin and Bass created. This came out when I was in the 5th grade, and has always been a significant part of my holiday. Maybe it's a made-up tradition, but my holidays would be incomplete without it!!!!

where can i find the whole special?.....i was devastated when i found out they dont keep playing the specials even after christmas...i missed all the times when they played them because they were so early i couldnt get up all the time to watch it :(

okay this is stop motion animation and they still do a better job at lining up the words with the lips moving then some of the modern music videos I've seen
