A question is asked about the Ryan Commission report on child abuse within institutions run by the religious orders in Ireland. After the panel had spoken the questioner responded and his response...well see for yourself.

Just a note, but my apologies for the ragged nature of the end of the piece. Editing wasn't very good with the late hour. You can read a transcript here.

  • The nightmares will never go away .....

  • it's definitely this man is living with this.... he kept his anger well.. i hope he has felt love and happiness in other parts of life!

  • child abuse never leaves you....it's there morning noon and night..and no amount of dirthy money can clean the scars.

  • @shankmandailey @michaelw018 what the fuck is wrong with you

  • @muldvarpe i only get home once every 2 years. denmark is a nice distance away. merry christmas and happy new year.

  • @combovan99 Holidays are great - family, friends and the familiarity of one's birthplace are great. I visit Ireland several times a year and find it to be an uncaring, disorganised, selfish society. There are many similarities between Ireland and what are called the 'developing nations'. In many ways Ireland is a developing nation, going from one bust to another. What other 'sophisticated' western country has lost so many generations to immigration? That said, I really miss the Irish landscape.

  • @firecoroner In connection with a new property tax, MIchael Noonan admitted on the radio last week that the government doesn't know how many households there are in Ireland. I would recommend any country where the government has this sort of basic information.

  • @muldvarpe

Where do you recommend? 'Cos I want out.

  • @muldvarpe i get the point your making but it does have some qualities. i'm living in australia now 5 years. was home last july and loved it.
