Grasshopper's and Sunshine's picture video of the Red, White and Bluegrass Festival in Morganton, North Carolina on July 4th, 2009. This is one festival that you shouldn't miss, with a world class lineup of Bluegrass artist. The new location at Catawba Meadows was a big improvement from last year. All of the bands that performed on Saturday played and sang wonderfully. It almost sounded too good too be real....but it was. I can't wait until next year, I will go back to this festival, as long as Morganton continues to have it. Thanks to all the good people in Morganton that helps with the organization and planning of this event. Great job folks!! Oh yeah, the fire works show at the end is an impressive site too!

  • Thanks...we had a great time. Last year was good, but the new location was a big improvment from last year. Sorry I don't have more pics, but I am uploading some vids of the bands (Dan Tyminski, Cherryholmes, Balsm Range, and Michael Cleveland). Be sure and check them out. I can hardly wait until next weekends festival in Sugar Grove, N.C. Doc and Richard Watson will be playing on Saturday night up there. That's going to be another great bluegrass event too. God Bless North Carolina!!

  • It is time all musicians vote to get OBOMBMA out of the White House before he tells you this type of music is only performed by terrorists.

  • Enjoyed!

  • This bluegrass in not good! In my country the bluegrass can jump over the house front wards and back. I will make this bluegrass go to Siberia to learn the proper technique.
