it is precisely the CORRECT context! why? because that is the only context in which this attribute can sensibly be called "rare", ie, rare out of 6 billion people!!!! it s arguably not that rare at all when considered only within the context of the global professional pianist community.

That's the wrong context. When a critic criticizes a concert pianist or famous painter, they aren't comparing them to someone who has never touched a key or lifted a brush, they're comparing them to their colleagues.
