I was always taught not to combine so many herbs at a time because some may counter the real medicinal properties of another. The principles and ingredients are all great, but shouldn't we keep it a bit more simple?

The point is that this is just like a "sample" of the dvd that comes with Donna Gates' new program "The Baby Boomer Diet."  Unless your really familiar with body ecology as well as some the other premo holistic companies and products, you'd have to buy some form of the Baby Boomer diet to get all the specifications.
