Bohm Dialogue is a method of conversation based on the work of quantum physicist and philosopher David Bohm (1917-1992), wherein participants agree to establish a non-combative space, and to suspend individual thoughts, motives, impulses, and judgments in an attempt to think as a group.

What separates this from other forms of "brainstorming" is that the goal is not to come to any conclusion or solution, but rather to achieve a new level of collective thinking.

According to Gene Youngblood, this is the first time in history when a medium (the internet) exits that totalitarian regimes do not yet control. It is up to us to find ways to use it fully before any of the attempts to clamp down on it takes effect, before the "big message" becomes imbedded in every other hyperlink, and we are lulled yet again into drinking the Kool Aid, or perhaps feigning a token and placebo like resistance.

Yes they are concerned...as TV is losing its mesmerizing hold on many. Totalitarian regimes need to be able to author the "Broadcast" and control whatever medium it uses -- TV, radio, Hollywood, print, etc.).

The legal filament that we americans gaze towards for help ( like impeachment ) are more decptive vagaries of illusion. The people have only one power over government, and it often involves putting our blood on the line. We must be prepared to physicaly fight these pigs in suits, IMHO. They are terrified that the TV might someday no longer mezmerise us.

..... one small example of erosion of civil liberties I heard about recently (I should say not verified) is that in NY it is now (or soon to be) ILLEGAL to film in public without aquiring written permission from the authorities in advance!!!... It seemed quite vague like 'any gathering of more than 2 people filming' or something similar can be stopped .... presumably camera/ film confiscated etc!

Any YT film makers hear about that one?

Well (without wishing to appear hysterical) I would say 'don't waste too much time' to those wishing to call them to account... it seems that under the pretext of a war of terror (sorry I should say war 'on' terror) the US gov are taking away so many fundamental civil liberties to the point that it may soon become an awful lot harder to hold them to account!
