@Bachconcertos There is no such thing as The People.

... anger may be a higher level of consciousness than depression, hoplessness, fear ... but, on the way out of those states, anger is a place to pass through, not hang around in. It can feel really good if you've been in a darker place, however there are higher states of consciousness on the emotional scale that are even more empowered ...

You cannot suppress anger of oppression and murder of innocent people. The change is throwing out those in power in our government and congress. We say No! This is unacceptable, and we stop supporting multi-national corporations and monopoly media - They have abused the power "The People" gave them. And "The People" can and should take away that power from those abusing it - The government is for the purpose of "serving" the well-being of the "body" of people, and protect them. Period.

@truthwarrior999 - Maybe they didn't mean it like that. Maybe they just meant "popularized." Did that person say that she scribed it?

@philippematthews - Marianne Williamson did not "bring out" A Course in Miracles. She is a teacher of it. It was brought out long before she became a teacher of it. ACIM is scribed material. A woman named Helen Schuchman scribed it from a woman named Helen Shuchman.

What would the world be like if Marianne Williamson did not bring out ACIM - A Course In Miracles? She truly is a gift to the planet and a gift of change. I’m also happy to know that she is back on TV with Oprah.

@susanshelit That makes sense. Anger, when skillfully dealt with within yourself, can move you to fix more things in a week than have changed in years. Many spiritual teachers say that anger is pretty much useless. Wrong! It all depends on the inner skills of the person with the anger. Anger is like raw fire within you. We must learn how to use this raw power without burning ourselves--the work of a lifetime.
"an angry generation can not change the world" Well I say, It can and further more I say it must. Anger when truely felt, lifts you up from being powerless. I am talking about anger without words, anger without direction. I am talking about rightious anger, rightiously Félt. That lifts you out of the feeling of being without power and puts it back in you. I am anger wanting to be heard, wanting to go beyond but first, I must feel anger.
