The guy in the middle is Andy Dunne, the older guy on the right is Ricky Lynch, not sure who the guy next to Mick is though?

Mick is brilliant, even if he is from Cork. But it will be a while before he can really be compared to Tom Waits. Tom is 'THE MAN'! Massive range of songs, styles, musical instruments, themes etc. I would say Mick himself is a fan. The Boss is pretty good too. . .
