And yes, the SOPA Bill will pass. However, it will look nothing like it does right now (in its proposed form). This is a battle between world governments and their control of creative works; you just don't realize how important intellectual property is for each country (especially the United States). I like YouTube also; however, I make my living as a songwriter, and I will not stand for any company; large or small that creates great wealth, and not pay the creators that made it possible. You must be part owner of YouTube? How much do you get paid from YouTube? If you put yourself in my shoes, you would see things differently. By the way, YouTube is now compliant with compensation for content creators. I have no beef with YouTube. You must comprehend how business works. Not play.

Obama did not say he was against the SOPA Bill. The information I read in the video, is what the response was from the Obama White House. You are listening to the media, and the media is paid by large corporations to report misinformation. Show me where you heard Obama say he is against the H.R. 3261 The Stop Online Piracy Act. Not what the news is claiming he said. They put words in his mouth all of the time. All documents are on the official White House Blog. Not all humans are fooled!

If you call a cab; are you going to pay the fare? If you go out to dinner; are you going to pay for the food? The same goes for the owner of intellectual property. You can't allow members of a site to upload content without asking for proof of ownership. This Bill will pass.
