Liv and Belle's great-grandmother was Japanese so there are lots of family recipes that trace their roots back to Japan. This salad has a little soy sauce and a little sugar. And even though it's main ingredient is spinach, kids love to eat it.

I like this recipe cause its very traditional a lot of restaurants now make it with a semi peanut/sesame sauce; so its good to see the original way.
