They are trying to mix chinese with english. "ing" continuous tense
恋爱 means love/ to be in love, so 恋爱ing means he is in love or he is dating a girl.

@iwantahug1022 Basically whitepigeonchina explained the song really well. the whole song is about the way people in love feel about the people they love. It also also talks about how love changes certain things in life forever because it feeling of being in love will never be forgotten even after a long time.
