  • I am from Bukidnon. I thought the Sumilao Farmers are natives as in people who are really Nitibo of Bukidnon like the Manobos, Mansakas, etc. My friends from Sumilao have told me some of this farmers dont speak Bisaya or Nitibo but native tongues of the far north. People of authorities may dig deeper on this case. however, the land must be given now to real poor Bukidnons and not to those who clothe themselves as Bukidnons.

  • i agree. farmers can't afford to develop land into profitable one. capitalization is much needed to engaged in defferent sector of profit making business. CARP is a CRAP and should be SCRAP for good. give investors a trust to invest with no restrictions.

  • CARP is the CRAP law the government ever passed. congress then and now don't have a clue that the country is not in full gear economically. they should repel CARP to encourage foreign investor's trust in the country. capitalization is the key to established more bus more establishment you have the more you can demand better living condition, wages and so forth.

  • the 144 hectars can not be reclaimed by farmers or covered by land reform because it is zoned to agri-industrial. SC said farmers has no legal claim on the property. gloria said fuck those bitches in the south. it is owned by SMFI, fighting this corporation is running to the brick wall. organizers can make noise with the support of militant groups or the NPA propaganda machine. or get the church involved, nasser is the only pimp who can bring this bitches to its knees.

  • the sumilao farmers' 1600-km walk from bukidnon to malacañang is not a joke. its so disppointing that a sacrifice has to be done for the government to take actions.

  • i hope Gloria won't disregard their sacrifices. I really admire them! Katarungan para sa mga magsasaka!
