i went to sayward in may for two days but no hali's in your spot maybe to early in the year i heard they move around from inlet to inlet.

very nice halis ;) we have them here close too (in Oregon off of nehalem) they're about 60-90 feet depth. Definately beats going out to 20+ miles lol :P what sort of setup do you use there? here we use spreaders with 16 oz of weight and two hooks holding a shad or squid :P

Nice work guys! Looks like u had a great day! Buddy of mine lives there n was up there this past Sun/Mon gettin tossed around by the wind. No fish! Is it still too early? Was that off the litehouse?

@unicocamel Thx we had an awsome year fishing there. hopefully this year will be another good one. Not necesarely too early, our first big one last year was a 60 pounder on may 1 so id be out there hittin it hard, there out there haha. Good Luck cheers!!

Great video, I've never fished the inside for Hali's but maybe I'll start...........those are some nice fish. You Anchor up?

@Doubleheader2 Hey thx no we dont anchor up. we just plan the tides just right and we drift around. ya its great fishing not fishing at 400 feet getting beaten up by rollers and its way cheaper than going out to the west coast haha.
