i'll try adding the sage and everything to the pasta mix.. but you might want to try rolling it thinner. when it's that thick and you cook it, it absorbs the water a lot and puffs up. just a little tip. and if it's hard to roll out thin, try flipping it over every few rolls and working on a surface that is shorter. when you have a shorter table you can use your wight more. :D makes it really easy. ummm sage pasta. can't wait to try! ^^ thanks
