@thefifthnail Beavis & Butthead were watching the segment with the whirling dervishes in it and Butthead said "It's Mr. Bungholio and his Twirling Fartknockers" That's where I saw it too, and those two clowns "sold" me at least four CDs as a result of some video clips.
