About 3 weeks ago I searched on eBay for a Nintendo DS and I came across a top rated seller who was breaching eBay policies by providing illegal copies of DS games on a CD and on a flashcard. I reported that seller and yet he is still selling them as of today, I reported that person 3 times in 3 weeks and eBay still didn't take action. He clearly says in his listing 125 games on CD and 85 games on flash card. This proves that eBay is a crook and all they care about is their final value fees. WTF

@Nurullah1200 one person complaining about one seller only counts as one person complaining, sad to say, maybe make a video and ask your subscribers to do something

you may even try contacting nintendo america... when dealing with large companies, your complaint is added to a huge pile of complaints, so it takes a few complaints, by different people, they need to be well written, no foul language, then they remove and item, 3 removals in one month can lead them to closing the account,

Ebay has SCAMMERS like it or not.... You can take it and let them keep your money .... OR ... You can fight back LEGALLY either file criminal charges and sue them for the highest that the law allows in that seller's state.

I might like to collect STAR TREK stuff and that might sound like waste of money to some people or even crazy BUT no one has to right to Scam me out of it..

@JOEMLM I GOT SCAM I paid for some kiss the band figures and got fake tracking number and all she thinks coz i live in Australia and she is in the usa she can walk over me

i had to take it up to paypal and shes been doing the same to others since then

Scammers everywhere especially when you have an item that is popular in the market. I was selling an ipod touch on craigslist and i had a couple scammers contact me - I'll send an agent and a bank draft or I don't have cash, give me your BANKING INFO so i can wire you the money. LOL. I tried to sell on ebay with 10 feedback history. Winner had no history. Runners up had 20 history - buying 8cent songs! i did not do second chance on that auction... I cancelled the auction for cash in hand sale

There is nothing that suggest this ebay user is a scam from what you said and and the feedback suggest different are two different things and cancels each other out.

I know there are many scammers on ebay but what makes this person a scammer as this person has positive feedback? I dont know much about sports or sports cards. Did you win this action? I saw nothing that said this seller is a scammer. Defaming someone that has not scammed anyone could be civilly responsible for fines. Its one thing to expose a scammer but when there is no proof of a scam going on, that is a problem. I dont think scammer is a word but I should put it in the dictionary

@JOEMLM I guess you are right about one person complaining doesn't get you anywhere, but isn't it their rules that is being broken? And all I did was informing them to keep the eBay community a little safer from scam artists. Even though I did the right thing by informing eBay about their policies being breached yet they still allow that seller to sell them because it is a top rated seller. I even contacted eBay asking them why they didn't take my message serious but they never replied.

@JOEMLM I didn't mean to complain but just to test eBay and their rules on regular and power sellers to be honest. I now know that eBay is corrupted starting with the people working for eBay to their Managers and higher level Managers. All they care about is making money obviously lol. It's been 4 weeks now and that seller is still selling those DS Lite's and illegal copies of DS games on CD's. I am not a power seller but if I break an eBay policy they will remove my listings.
