Families fight. That's what they do. And true families go beyond blood. Hell, I have all kinds of relatives I don't know, nor care about. Yet, I have friends, dear friends, who I consider family. The people who'd take a bullet for you and vice versa. You don't spend the sort of time John and Paul did without being brothers. Yeah they fought, but at the end of the day they were still brothers. And how can you not love your brother, even when he drives you insane from time to time.

I believe even after the whole drama of the break up..and after any nasty comments where made all the lads cared about one another,,, even Brothers fight now and then.

@07foxmulder yes, exactly. if you notice Paul is chewing gum like it's his job. it's the first time i've ever seen him chewing. i think he's forcing his emotions down and chewing gum is one way of doing it. if you've ever been at a grave side service notice the number of people chewing gum...it's uncanny, really.

@david20101952 i agree. i'm not the biggest paul mccartney fan, but anyone who bashes him by calling him "cold" is a moron. clearly he had no interest in wanting to talk to the media about lennon's death. what did they expect him to say/do?
-hey paul, your friend was just shot dead! what are you going to do now?
-i'm going to disneyland!

:'( poor Paul

@CooperTroopa This is the most absurd comment ever. Clearly didn't listen to band on the run

The last portion is really hard to watch. He`s trying to keep a stiff upper lip but he`s just getting so agitated and uncomfortable listening to that song...that had to be tough trying to keep it in
@elementarypenguin01 i think Paul got an awfully unfair rap on being cold in his reaction to his friend, John's death. i feel, looking at the video, that he was just trying to hold himself together and was not going to put on a public display of emotion for anybody, especially for a group of reporters. i believe that's why he comes across as non caring. you can see how much he loved John when "Beautiful Boy" is playing.

People don't understand that Paul was from an older generation. In this era, everyone puts their emotions out on display in a shameless grab for attention. The minute a celebrity dies, everyone is on twitter, facebook, youtube, loudly proclaiming their grief. In those days, you didn't even openly cry on camera.
