Conveniently located 10 miles north of Lexington is Scott County. Paris, located in ourbon County about 17 miles from Lexington. The main connecting road between Paris and Lexington is the Paris Pike (KY 68/27) Rich in history, horses and hospitaility the glorious rolling pastures of Paris offers a town full of boutique shopping and locally owned restaurants. The city is named for Paris, France in 1792 and the county is named for the French Bourbon family.
