You DON'T have to use the smudge brush with the fuzzy brush. You could go to Filters- Distorts- Wind .

erm i thin your sigs and stuff are awsome but me myself am a big sig maker for people on forums but i have a suggestion
instead of opening that fractal or pic in anouther window you can just open it as layers its easyer and use it in future tutorials and people will follow you and you will make it way easyer Yours SploshuaProductions
