Christmas... A time of year when joy and laughter fill the air and families come together to share the gift of love. For many yes, but for Councilman Michael Miracle (played by Antonio "Huggy Bear" Fargas), Christmas isn't a holiday he looks forward to. For him, it's a time filled with family secrets and pain. Beneath his smile and nice suit is a broken heart that he works overtime to cover up. But what do you do when you've run out of places to hide?

Now that the Community Center has closed down, Lilly Miracle has to find a place to have choir rehearsal. Her home would be the perfect spot, if not for her bossy mother-in-law Mildred, who is coming to visit for the holidays and her disapproving husband "Michael Miracle".

Tommy, a bright 8 year old kid who lives in an orphanage, spends his nights climbing out onto the roof top. There he waits for a falling star to make a wish upon. Waiting for a falling star and catching a glimpse of one could take a miracle but in his waiting, young Tommy discovers that there is "always room for another Miracle".

"Miracles Still Happen"... A powerful stage play written & directed by R. Byron Stringer with original music by Joe Pigee, is sure to be enjoyed by the whole family. From characters like Mildred, the mean mother-in-law who never bites her tongue, to Miss Sasha the cat, on to Max the dog and the nosey news reporter Ms. Bonquesha Philharmonica St. John who will go as far as digging through your trash to bring the facts to the light, you will be captivated!
Believe
Antonio Fargas is no stranger to Film, stage or Television. We remember him from such TV shows as "Starsky & Hutch" to movies such as "I'm Gonna get you Sucka", "Don't be a Menace in South Central while drinking juice in the hood", "Car Wash"," Shaft", "Cleopatra Jones" and "Everybody Hates Chris". In the play "Miracles Still Happen", Antonio Fargas pours his 50 plus years of experience into one of our thought provoking characters to remind us all that "Miracles Still Happen". In the end you too will believe...
