What I am interested to know is how this man was able to support his diet. There''s no way that he could have been able to work being so obese. This guy ate in one day what one family would consume in one month.

@BluesInMySoul If you Google the "Heaviest humans of all-time", there are several updated lists. Guiness and Ripley now have lists that are the same. That older version you have my have Hudson's unverified weight of 1,400lbs. His official peak was 1,197lbs. Anyway, check it out on Google. Hudson is regarded as the 4th most obese human ever. Jon Minnoch is the heaviest of all-time.

@LGLG69 No I am reading the Ripley's Believe It Or Not Book It reads: "Walter Hudson. Weighing 1,400lb (635 kg) in 1987, Walter became famous for spending 27 years inside his bedroom."

@BluesInMySoul The heaviest man in medical history is Jon Brower Minnoch--he weighed 1,400 lbs. If you look up Walter Hudson, you will see his peak weight listed at 1,197 lbs. I think you meant the Minnoch was 1,400 lbs.

He wasn't 1,400lbs. I read several articles about him, and his official heaviest weight was recorded at 1,197lbs.
