What do you mean by Apollo only went to high orbit, and the shuttle's successor over Ireland. Ares isn't flying yet, there's going to be a couple of years down time after the shuttle's retired. And it's going to be smaller than the shuttle. Even if it was bigger it would look just like a star from the earth.

This is really great, and it inspired me, but Apollo only went to high orbit. Brave astronauts ALL of them , need recognized. Its a disgrace the Shuttle only has a few flights left.
Having seen its successor fly over Ireland, which was HUGE, I know there are other astronauts flying obviously vital secret missions to somewhere.
Maybe its time we are all told what is Really going on
Why should the US publicly relay on the Russians and the French to get back to orbit, with all Shuttle in a museum
