@TheFallibleFiend Really? You're joking! As a 12-year-old, once I knew that most of the stars were 1000 plus lightyears away, I was able to work out that for them to travel around the earth would mean that they would have to be moving at superluminary speeds. That same knowledge also ruled out a universe that was only 6000-years-old.

@mekkiseghier2002 I suggest you watch Lawrence Krauss' "A Universe From Nothing" and educate yourself with information from a real scientist.

The only thing that the photo in question is proving is that the Earth is spinning on its axis.

I do have a question about the geocentric view that puzzles me. Do they think that the Earth is stationary & spins on it's axis, or do they think that the Universe spins around the Earth?

@Nilsy1975 I don't know whether there are any who think that the Earth spins. I know that at least some of them believe the universe spins around the Earth.

I think at 1:44 you meant to say "multiplying both sides by X2", not X1.
I don't get 3:55. Does increasing the numerator really have the effect of decreasing X1?

I mean you're right that I had a mis-type that disagreed with the previous sentence at 3:55.
