  • @colorchiu : - Are you also Master Wang Xian's follower ?

His name is 張保忠, which is written "Zhang baozhong", He is a disciple of grandmaster Wang xi and in the Chen Village. I trained along side him when I trained there under master Wang in China. he is actually a teacher there though I am sure you can arrange for him to teach you if you ask for him specifically and go to the chen village to train at the "wenxian county taiji wushu school". you need to search more if you are serious about finding it.

you don't have to go fast, but if you practice both fast and slow you can learn more. the fast movement must be the same when slow, and the slow movement must also be the same fast. you will see if you practice more that the energy(QI) flows like water or wind it swirls and feels faster at different times as it turns. it is just the most natural way to have changes in speed as you flow with the movements, so fast has benefits and slow has different ones, in the end both are fine.
