this film is sad. im learning alzheimers and dimetia at my nursing school and this video gives a good understanding. really sad video, my husbands grandma has this too, but im thinking maybe earlier stage, sometimes she doesnt recognize people that she has known for years...I hate that this happens. We all must have respect and love for elderly.

This short film made me cry at the end. Family is the most important thing in life. They can't be replaced, they will always be there for you, they accept you the way you are, no matter what you do they will always love you, they stand by you when you feel lonely. They give you mental as well as financial support. They give guidance, support and love.

I have watched this video for a couple of years ago. But until this day, i searched everywhere just to find this video. Good thing I made my self here again to remind my self how lucky people to have a grandmother/parent like this. Worth an/a hour/day/week to search this Vid.

@Kywistudios, My grandmother had Alzheimer's, and she's a buddhist nun, so she doesn't need to get away with anything. What is your problem?

I think the film was in Singapore somewhere, as I've remembered taking a trip on those streets.
Anyway, in our Science class we were talking about the brain and its deceases, and our Professor told us to look for this film as an assignment, explaining all the while about how he cried during the whole film. And I always thought he was strict. :">

my grandma has dementia, and i could never really relate to her and i guess was angry that she wasnt the same fun grandma i remembered from my childhood, and it wasnt until recently when i, for medical reasons and only 17 years of age, began losing MY memories. I should've seen before, but I definitely see now. Love, your elders before its too late. <3 you grandma :*
i cried a lot watching this..
i feel like i also forgot to appreciate my grandparents and parents most of the time.
Sometimes i get angry to them even though they are not wrong. Sometimes i get angry to them when they want to do good to me. For example, when i was busy, they asked me to eat. But i was busy so i was angry because i felt they were disturbing. But actually they're worrying about me...
I am so sorry ... I am so sad..
Thank you for posting this video to remind me to appreciate.

If my grandma wanted to go buy me food i would actually go wit her instead of sitting on the couch texting ppl!! its better to spend your time walking with your grandma because soon she wont be there beside you..Man i cried watching this because i hate seeing elderly people suffer!!
