I was having some back pain, from sitting at the computer staring at pole dance videos all day, and had some soreness in the lower back muscles due to menstrual on set, so I decided to do this short routine to help sort myself. Hope this helps if you have some sort of mild backpain, do NOT try if you have acute back pain or some sort of disc misalignment.

  • I sometime have mild back pains when watching too much Youtube too,lol!

    I injured my back at work really bad 5 weeks ago.I can put both legs behind my ears but now I cant even touch my toes,waaaaaaaaa :(
