The meaning of the add is simple folks: Ramrash= an itch to want to buy the car... Sexy underwear woman is in it because Sex sells, and it will make an association in our brains between having/being a sexy woman if we buy a dodge ram.

...It is also fairly poetic that she is in her underwear and a 'Ram' is what is being sold(but I'm not sure if they did that on purpose).
