Biggie and Pac have lost luster since other niggas have at this point surpassed them in technical skill. Nas, Rakim, THE ENTIRE WU TANG CLAN, and etc have passed these dudes, and so have a few others.
IMO, Pac n Big weren't even better than 36 Chambers when it came out in 93. THATS my opinion. But in general, they have surpassed them in technical skill overall.
