Which is better: juicing or blending. You may not have heard my answer before. I also answer questions like does a centrifugal juicer destroy nutrients...

  • I'm skeptical about the FDA and our government in genera having our best interest at heart when it comes to our health.

  • I'm skeptical about colon cleansing. Its not natural. It pulls healthy minerals out of the system. Overuse could cause muscle cramping, dizziness, and cardiac events.

Also skeptical on Juice feasting. All that sugar and all that fiber removed from the juice cannot be healthy long term.

Also skeptical on all the powdered superfoods, that the "RAW Gurus" swear by.

I think natural, organic, whole fruits and veggies is the way to go. I've never felt better sticking to that plan.

  • Brilliant comment about " just eat another orange". So so true. Don't worry about the way we get fruit & veg down our necks, just get it down, end of.

  • my question is food combining.....how will food combining effect the body while blending?

  • So I was eating like a fat American and now I am blending about 90 percent of everything I eat. All my blends have a spinach base. I add mostly vegetable to that and some fruit. Two questions. Can I have as much smoothy as want and will I lose weight now that I am not eating processed food and meats...???? Thanks

  • @scottsteezo AHAHAHAHA seriously ? FDA is not on your side and that has been proven. The government is definitely not on our side either: EPA(a big one), FDA, USDA.

  • 8:40 - 8:43 totally creepy.

  • Hey, it's Hutch from Machinima!

  • @Jenny1954 Keep it simple, man was never created to eat the current SAD diets that are filled with all kinds of junk, that is why a colon cleanse may be beneficial. Don`t cleanse it to often, best is to change your diet and eat things that wont be harmful to your body, such as fruits and starches, greens and things like that. Don`t go to hard on nuts and seeds, and eliminate oils from your diet. I prefer smoothies, because of the fiber. Powdered superfoods, yeah.. keep it simple, eat enough. =)

  • @RomneyPHONY Why should I? To answer your question, I'd have to know certain things about you only a doctor could know, like How do you test on an H1c hemoglobin test for instance.

  • @RomneyPHONY ... I adopted a "Zone" diet at the age of 37 and today, my body fat is 8% at the same weight I carried then, reflux, cholesterol problems and arthritis are gone, My blood pressure without meds is 120/70, I haven't had a cavity since, anxiety gone, I routinely destroy 20 year old kids in grappling matches at my dojo and my resting heart rate is the same as my age, 49.

  • @RomneyPHONY "my own body is my Research" ... Yeah, I know exactly how you feel. After years of high carb diets approaching vegetarianism, I had reflux, arthritis, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, excess body fat, (in the neighborhood of 22% despite being an active, business owning, martial arts instructor) I was starting to see dental caries (my first two cavities appeared at the age of 34) and I had had several instances of "anxiety attacks" including heart rate and rhythm issues ...
