Was it really that bad walking a little bit... for 1 FLIPPIN WEEK ? It's not like you volunteered and had to walk blocks away ! And, thousands did that with a smile on their faces ! So, all the hoopla is over, go back to your self centered life ! We love you Arbaletta's !!!!!!

The people who live on Elm st. got passes to park in their driveway !! Also, they did not call and apply for a new home ... they asked for NOTHING !!!! They were nominated by people who know them ! They are a huge asset to the community ! They are very deserving, you should really research before talking crap ! They will NOT lose the house... there are things that are being done to be sure of that ! All the volunteers were more than happy to help ! My sister & bro inlaw & I were honored !!!

i understand that they did need and deserve the house.. but some of the rooms that they put in it are a little ridiculous they could have been a bit more practical not to mention how out of place that house looks on the whole block.

@Deeznutz1961 absolutely right on....some people are just born grumpy and can not see good fortune as POSITIVE energy...I saw the whole show and I was moved, crying tears of joy and applauding my country men to be selected. I say bravo to whoever nominated them, bravo to the whole team of VOLUNTEERS, bravo to this AMAZING show that has touch many lives...Keep up the great work!

We were there showing support for the family, I do not know them but my 4kids and I walked 12 blocks 2 show support. After all isn't their cause about childhood obesity?It rained on our way back all were soaked we did not complain we had fun, exercise did us good.I saw the airing on ABC tonight, the smiles on their faces says it all.Im glad that the community can come together, so why complain? The 20 yr old girl needs to realize whats really important in life,and how lucky most people are.

Why the f*ck can't people just be happy for someone? Jesus. This is an immigrant family that has been given a generous gift to improve their lives, and they deserve it. Thankfully, the negative attitudes of some do not reflect the majority of the fine peope of the fine state of Wisconsin. I am proud to call this state my home (even though I live in Green Bay) and the residents of Neenah have shown the nation what Wisconsin is all about.
