Ash thats awesome that you'll have someone with you, a surgery-buddy as you said :) You're VERY lucky! Also, the liquid diet after surgery is def. necessary.. i can't speak for others experiences, but i had 3 wks post surgery on CLEAR liquids. Difficult to do (and you get tired of broth and jello) but i'm about 6wks out now and soft foods have been really hard for me. I've thrown up every day this past week i think. Anyway.. good luck to you!! You'll do great, & i pray they do both surgeries! xo
