With this video I dived into the deep end and used a dremel for the first time, I got a pritty good circle and the use of the tape was a life saver, still made a mess and broke all 5 cutting discs but it got the job done.
Though the cutting blades didn't cut through metal case on my xbox 360.

I think the Dremel 4000 comes with a special tool for cutting circles.

@scottylans, my store link is posted below the video, theyre reinforced discs, so they last longer than Dremel brand, Thanks for watching and commenting!

So a dremel can be used to make the whole window in case of not having a jigsaw? because with the curve technique (which is really useful) the rounded corners can be made. Or is there a reason for not using a dremel for the whole window and get a jigsaw instead (other than being easier)?

You can use Dremel, but Jigsaw is more efficient.
