michael franti was there that night. he was invited with sly and robbie to go to the concert.
if ya followed him ud know that :P
if you go to his twitter page he updates daily so you always know where hes at and what hes doing :D
sure hope hes coming to canada soon...

It only makes sense that one of the most compassionate and talented musicians out there would know (and dedicate a song to) Michael - after all, Michael has that same great spirit and heart.

My guess he is referring to fact that Edge has not begun playing yet. You can see Edge is having trouble with the guitar and there is a member of the crew assisting him at the very beginning. Bono walks over to check it out.
