Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery - Dianna's Story - The Nebraska Medical Center

Dianna loved spending time outdoors; camping, hiking, working in her yard. Being active became more difficult as she developed severe sacroiliac pain. The surgeon is guided by x-rays during the procedure which typically takes about an hour.
For many patients, SiFusion may be a good alternative to the previous surgical method which was much more complicated and time consuming. It also resulted in a much more difficult recovery for the patient. With SiFusion, patients can often leave the hospital after just an overnight stay.
