It's not on freewebs. I got it from the atari website. Look up custom scenery and they should have a list of all the custom scenery made.

@vashonj1 look for Eezee´s Cinderella Castle. It´s over a hundret parts und takes hours to build. but luckily it comes with a pdf guide for it.
