Notice this: when he cuts for the other person he holds the deck one way, when he cuts for himself he holds another way... I don't believe he trades his cards when he is showing the opponent's card, I believe the trick is having two decks of diferent lengths put together...so when you cut the one way you will always get an Ace, the other wil you never get one...

P.S.: I'm not american, so excuse my poor English, I hope you can understand what I tried to say.

The trick is based on the way the cards are shuffled at the start. All the cards are the same length. Clue look at the riffle.

That was really bad. I don't know anything about magic or how to do magic but that was too obvious, just covering the camera at the end with cards and switching your own with your right hand. Poor.
