A look at Deepak Chopra and Tara Stiles Authentic Yoga App for the iphone

A quick look at reviewing a pose in the new iphone Yoga App, in this case Hanumanasana.
Obviously the sound is much better when it doesn't have to compete with the noise of my camera.
Notice there's the option to view the pose as a slideshow or as a movie with instructional voice over. The practice routines work in a similar way, timed slideshows so you can practice along but also videos for each of the asana.
