hi m8 just wondring 1st of all how long did it take for u to learn the starting part of this song because i find it really hard to coordinate the two handed on the hi hat and the foot without losing it? lastly i was wondring if that is a snare stand u are using to hold ur tom? cus i was thinking of doing that.. please reply. thanks

I still have trouble with that part, but to get it to the point of this video it probably took about 3 or 4 hours over the course of a couple of weeks. I made sure i knew the bass drum beat first, then i at a slower tempo learned everything else until i could speed it up to play with the song. That thing holding my tom is the legs of a cymbal stand and the top half of a snare stand.

Idealy I'd like to use heel toe, but I can't do it for shit, and gave up trying. And for some reason there was a glitch when I sync'd up the music which threw off the end.
