Actually those shirts are designed by the class for their final chow hall and final week out of the 12 week Officer Candidate School. They're designed with our respective USMC Drill Instructor and Class Chiefs on it. Getting to that point to where you can even where the shirt is a HUGE honor. Those who made it to this point were a few days out from commissioning.
