my friends brand new 2011 sti with an open dp after the bolts from the catback to the dp broke

@diyordie He has an AccessPORT, they allow you to run open DP with no boost creep fine. I know people who ran open DP for months until the cops told them to stop numerous times, and their engines and turbos were fine.

What makes you think an open DP is so much different from having the catback on? ESPECIALLY when the catback has a straight-thru muffler, it makes little to no difference.
