Can also turn the head upside down, insert "eye," flip body upside down and connect it so the head can turn. Close up the head at top with decreases AFTER all the sewing and attaching of eyes and ears are done. Close up the body at the bottom as well after attaching the limbs with the body. Just a suggestion if you want the head to turn as well. Cute bear. Just started making it for my daughter last night.

@Heosprincess You can use cotter pins and metal washers that don't rust (like they used to for teddy bear making). You'd have to put the washer and cotter pin in the limb BEFORE you close it up. Then when you insert through the body, you'd have to use another washer, and with pliers, roll the cotter pin. Make sure they're made out of metal that doesn't rust.

seems pritty easy only if i had doll eyes! D: they dont sell doll eyes in my country so ill be using umm ............wire.kipkay toth me eaverything i know about wire it should be fun c{:
