Martha, creator of Action Wipes (www.actionwipes.com), shows neighbor Tammy Mae how to make Crunchy Puffy Tacos. This is the easy method with pre-made dough. Otherwise you can make the dough with "Masa" Flour and water. Caution, hot oil will splater, so be careful.

  • Just a tip use a small metal ladle to spoon hot oil over the taco, instead of risking splashing with a spatula, but you really don't need to if your using a good 1 inch for frying.
