no... she wasn't turning to 20 years old that night! The show was held on 30 of APRIL... Celine's birthday is on 30 of MARCH.... so that night she was turning 20 years old and a month... =]

@spilislar hahaha maybe you can't understand the way they look at her while wondering if she is really celine dion....they are just making fun of how she was looking back then.not her voice or the song....the reason they don't say anything else is because most of the other winners are past but celine is now CELINE DION BEST EARNING ARTIST OF THE DECADE!!!!!......i kinda agree with you hehe!!!!anyway i wanted to make clear that they don't comment in a bad way.its just a lit bit fun!!!
