Lying Politicians

Joshua Basin Water District Board President Bill Long screaming at a resident of Joshua Tree when confronted about where all the money came from for their election. Newly appointed Joshua Basin Water District Board member Steve Whitman is sitting in the audience and was at the "secret" meeting of August 13, 2008 and knows that Bill Long is lying - yet he does nothing to defend Mr. Marquez from Board President Bill Long's screaming denial. It must be nice to be able to put your morals in a box, so that when a board member resigns just before an election, they appoint you to the Board so you can list yourself as an incumbent. Mike Reynolds (one of the people elected with Building Industry and Developer money) is also in the audience and was at the August 13th meeting and knows the truth but does nothing to defend Mr. Marquez. I guess his moral standards are just as low as Bill Long and Steve Whitman's. Just TYPICAL Joshua Basin Water District Politics as practiced by Bill Long and his friends.
