This is a video of a shoulder workout that I did with Vince DelMonte while we were working out at the Las Vegas Athletic Club. We did underhand curl grip shoulder presses, wide grip up right rows, and curl grip front raises.

Also be sure to check out Vince's No-Nonsense Muscle Building Program. I've personally reviewed it myself and I have to say Vince has done an amazing job.
This is one of, if not the, most comprehensive muscle building programs that I've ever seen. If you are looking to be one of the guys who can go to the pool or beach and take your shirt off and turn heads because of the killer shape you are in, then this is the program I'd recommend to help you get there.

  • Hey Lee I workout for 2 hours almost every day, like 12 different back workouts and 4 bicep workouts then rear delts in one day. Then chest and tris and front delts the next. is this too much? It seems like some people only do a few exercises a day

  • @kickherb

Yes, that's too much. I suggest you check out my "Bodybuilding Split Routine" at:

    Good stuff!

  • Mr.Hayward, is there a good supplement stack you recommend for a 20 year old working on packing on lean muscle and keeping the body fat percentage down?

  • @hops1116

I've got a whole video series about supplements, just search for "Bodybuilding Supplement Guide"
