Hey Lee I workout for 2 hours almost every day, like 12 different back workouts and 4 bicep workouts then rear delts in one day. Then chest and tris and front delts the next. is this too much? It seems like some people only do a few exercises a day

Hey bro, just thought I'd let you know that I started working out 8 months ago and in that time your videos made me go from 6'3" and 160 lbs. to 6'3" and 195 lbs. Thanks man hahah
