TV's were also Big and Bulky back then ! LOL They needed to have good furniture to support there weight ! Crazy Good TImes, Sad stuff too, but the Good Outweighed the Bad !

We only had a Few TV Channels like 8 or 10. Also, TV went off the Air at 12 Midnight, and back on at 6 A,M. Even early cable had very few stations. News was always at 8 AM, 12 PM, 6 PM, 10 PM. I am 36, So, I remember all this ! Also, no Internet Kids ! You had a school assignment, you had to spend Saturday at the Libary looking & reading " AKA Real Books " ! Like Encylopedia and Early Copy Machines. Kids also played Baseball a lot in the Parks till Sunset in the Summers in New York Good Times
