I had foxtel for 12 months on the platinum package. Yes it was an absolute rip off, you were paying more for advertisements and endless repeats of absolute crappy television shows. The only channel that was remotely interesting was the Sci-fi channel when it came out, but then, wouldn't be long before they bogged that down with crap either. Another thing, this is Today Tonight, when the program starts it loses credibility.

The Foxtel Sci-fi channel is running Canned shows no new stuff like on SkyOne Sci-fi or other OS Sci-fi channels
