@tiberianfiend Interesting. But still a pretty lame excuse considering the likelihood of Iraq actually using them. After the Gulf War, Iraq essentially had no airforce and its army was laughable. I just can't see a country, who's military is almost entirely dismantled, attacking a country that has so much US support.

@enlightenedone676 The main reason given for the invasion was the ultimatum Bush laid for dismantling ballistic missles, because supposedly Iraq could use them to attack Israel. Saddam dismantled them, but he did so after the date in the ultimatum, so we invaded anyways. WMD's really only became the main focus as a justification afterwards.
